With a portfolio of core technologies, Far East Electric has built a comprehensive integrated solution for intelligent vehicle scenarios covering the intelligent end, range end, and energy supplement end. Adhering to stringent requirements for high-speed transmission, anti-interference performance, and lightweight design, the company has emerged as a core track in the new energy vehicle industry chain with the highest technological sensitivity and growth potential, directly driving the accelerated expansion of the industry scale and continuous technological upgrading.
In the overall architecture of a new energy vehicle, wire harnesses are akin to the central nervous system. Through precise layout, they connect the power system, control units, and various functional modules in series — acting as both the arteries for energy transmission and the nerves for signal interaction, directly determining the stability and reliability of vehicle operation. As new energy vehicles advance deeper into electrification and intelligence, the application scenarios for wire harnesses have become increasingly complex, with their quantity and technical thresholds rising in tandem.
With over 40 years of deep cultivation in the power and energy sector, Far East Electric closely follows the national strategy for the high-quality development of new energy. In recent years, the company has further embraced an "ALL IN AI" strategy, establishing "Electric Energy + Computing Power + AI" as its core strategy and conducting in-depth layout in the new energy vehicle field.

At the Intelligent End,F(xiàn)ar East Electric’s high-speed cables, specially designed for automotive electronic intelligent systems, adopt thin-diameter wires combined with lightweight shielding layers (such as aluminum foil or braided shielding). This design reduces the weight of wire harnesses by 30% to 50% compared with traditional solutions, further optimizing vehicle layout and energy efficiency. While achieving weight reduction, these cables support transmission rates from 100 Mbps to 10 Gbps — tens to hundreds of times faster than traditional CAN bus (1 Mbps) or FlexRay (10 Mbps) — fully meeting the large bandwidth demands of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), in-vehicle infotainment, and autonomous driving, and significantly enhancing real-time data processing capabilities.

At the Range End To address the range anxiety of new energy vehicle manufacturers, Far East Electric has innovatively launched a high-performance aluminum busbar/rod wire harness solution. Compared with traditional copper wire harnesses, aluminum busbars and rods offer advantages of lighter weight, faster heat dissipation, and lower cost, while also boasting advanced features in spatial arrangement and process automation. Through unique conductor formula innovation, advanced bending processes, and protective technologies, Far East Electric ensures that aluminum busbar and rod wire harnesses achieve a 40% weight reduction and 30% cost reduction, while maintaining conductive efficiency, mechanical strength, and long-term reliability comparable to copper conductors.
At the Energy Supplement End,Far East Electric’s independently developed megawatt-level liquid-cooled high-power charging pile cables adopt a full-cycle liquid cooling heat dissipation technology. A dedicated circulation channel is set between the cable and the charging gun, and a high thermal conductivity cooling liquid, driven by a power pump, circulates to dissipate heat. These cables support a maximum single-gun output current of 1500A and a high voltage of 1500V, greatly improving charging efficiency. Compared with traditional cables, their power output is increased by more than three times and their current-carrying capacity is significantly enhanced — enabling an ultra-long driving range of 600km with just 5 minutes of charging, and delivering an enhanced user experience.
In the future, Far East Electric will continue to leverage its technological advantages and innovation capabilities to provide more efficient, safe, and reliable solutions for the new energy vehicle charging sector. At the same time, the company will actively respond to the national call for the "Dual Carbon" strategy, promote the development and application of green energy, and contribute to the achievement of sustainable development.
